Update on stuff~
Olympics were so awesomes! Zu-chan and I only got to see Woman's handball but it was so amazing to watch! And vicious! OMG there was full on grabbing each other round the neck and tackling during scoring (only that last one seemed to get a definite penalty to the other team, the first one oly if they held the ball too long - I think XD)
The park was really amazing, food wasn't badly priced though I think that was because other stalls had to be in keeping with McDonalds pricing - they were a sponsor so they had a restaurant.
The announcing was a bit biased XD As in during the break between handball matches we got told that GB had won another gold medal (2nd of the day and overall at that point) But I guess you kinda expect that as we're the host nation?
2nd day was spent going around London~ We found a purikura machine! And I bought a new Domo-kun purse and a bag 8DDDD We also went to the Science and Natural History museum :3 Oh and Gemma got her fem!Grimmjow outfit from Zu-chan which she was really happy with XD
Speaking of arrancar, my base wig for Tesra arrived this morning~ And I've just finished his mask - probably needs a bit more modrock but so pleased :D I also have boots ready to mod, took me ages to find some because my calfs are so wide. All that swimming I used to do I think XD So hopefully I'll get his jacket done on Saturday and Zu-chan will do the wig either later tonight or probably not until Sunday otherwise. Then sew trousers and just to buy an eyepatch and eyeliner for that weird stripe.
I need to stop picking cosplay that involve me drawing on ma face.... XD
Not sure what else to post about aside from Zu-chan leaving on the 27th August just before people come for cosplay ;;
Looking forward to the cosplay weekend with people! Hopefully will have Tesra done! xglimpsex look out for photos~
Also I have coloured contacts coming \o/ I ordered grey, brown and violet. Violet are for funsies but I also kinda wanna do a cosplay of Morty from Pokemon Soul Silver/Heart Gold (so his new design) so they'll work for that too.
Am hoping the brown ones will come out a dark brown as my eyes are grey/blue. Hope it'll be ok and that the lenses come in seperate bottles... I'll only ever need one at a time 8DDDD
