perfect is the perfect word for Tan Perfect
Hey everyone. I didn’t write yesterday, so let me tell you what happened.
Yesterday, I woke up really late, so by the time I woke up, Blake and mom and I went to go see Pappa in the hospital. He was awake .. Sort of .. And he recognized Blake and I, so that was good. I cant really get into all the juicy details, but I can say that he is doing well. My aunt has to have neck surgery, but she will be fine. I got a call from Ryan, my cousin, saying that he received my letter in the mail and is mailing me back one with pictures enclosed for my enjoyment…. since I haven't seen him since four or five years ago. I am really excited! I miss him terribly, but he is fighting for us, so YAY! Then, on the way home from the hospital, we stopped by the mall to get some stuff. I got the P.O.D. CD-Satellite (ya, I know its old, so sue me…) Blake and my mom don’t really care for that type of rock, but I like it! Then, we went to Foleys to go look for Doll Formal dresses.. I found some really cute ones. I invited Nikki and Kristen (she is back for a visit) to come up to help me find a nice dress. We found some really cute ones and I found the one that I am going to buy. So after Nikki and Kristen came up, Cassie came up too. She saw this guy that used to go to our school and they talked for a while. We all thought he was sort of freaky, so we told him we were leaving, but we didn’t. We went to the food court and ate Chick Fil’ A, since there are none in Oklahoma and Kristen was deprived, and then we talked to Sal and took some crazy pictures in the photo booth. It was loads of fun. Then Kyle and Charles showed up and we talked to them for awhile. Oh, we also saw Michael and some people from my church. We met this guy in Hollister who is sooo cute and his name was Matt. Awww.. He is sooo cute!! Then, Nikki’s mom came to pick us up. We had to stop to let Nikki and Kristen off at Tan Perfect. Cassie and I have never faked tan before and the deal was too good to pass up, so we did. It was loads of fun. The beds were warm and we got to listen to the radio.. Wahoo… heck, I even got tanner. Thank God!! Everyone knows I needed it. So the deal was $8 for 40 minutes… and you do 10 minute tanning periods.. Niiice! Then, Nikki’s mom dropped Cassie and me off at my house and we waited for her mom to come pick her up so she could show me her Doll Formal dresses. (really cute, cassie!!) Then I went to sleep.
This morning, I had to wake up early because we were going to Astroworld. Cassie couldn’t go… neither could everyone else in my phonebook that I called. I called EVERY person.. If you don’t believe me, check your cells…. Though, they may have been off since I called at like 8 in the morning. So I went alone (as in.. No friends went with me). Before we went to Astroworld, we went to go check on Pappa. He was sitting up in a chair, which is a very good sign. Yay!! He is progressing well, but the nurse said he would be in ICU until Friday, and then he would be moved to an Intermediate Room. We stayed there for 30 minutes or so, and then left. We went to Kroger to get breakfast and to get our Season Passes. (so if you are going, invite me.. I get in for free!!!) We got Krispy Kreme donuts.. Yummy!! Then we went to Astroworld. It was fun, but my stomach wasn’t feeling well, so I didn’t ride all of the rides that I usually ride. While we were waiting in line to get pictures for our passes, I saw Jeremiah and his family and Hunter. Then, Blake and I rode Texas Cyclone.. My all-time favorite roller-coaster!! It was a blast! The line was really long though. And I saw a guy that I thought looked identical to Chris Campos, but I don’t really think that it was him. Oh well… Greased Lightning and Swat were closed down.. Imagine that.. Swat never was a really good ride anyways.. It has had problems ever since it first opened. Boo hoo.. Lets all cry.. I never wanted to ride that ride anyways. I was disappointed that Greased Lightning was shut down, though. Lets see… all of the rides that I rode were Texas Cyclone, Serial Thriller, Viper, Diablo Falls (my first time riding it, and it was GREAT!!) ,and that’s it. I didn’t ride Wagon Wheel, or Gunslinger Swings like my mom and Blake did. My stomach wasn’t feeling to well. We also went to go see this show with these two ladies.. They were a roping double and they were comedy, too. They have been on the Tonight Show and have their own studio place in Las Vegas… cool… plus, it was free! It was ooooook I guess.. (The Chris Campos guy sat next to me… weird). Then, we left and checked up on Pappa again and then went home. I took a long nice shower.. In which my tan shows up better now. Lol.. Cassie and I are going again tomorrow.. Ok-nvmd.. Im going and she is going with me but not tanning since she went tanning today. I got a little bit of sunburned today, too.. Oucheez! I also saw Becky and Callie at Astroworld! Aww! I love them!!! So, Astroworld was fun… tomorrow night, cassie is spending the night.. CALL IF U WANNA DO SOMETHING! I love you all..and u will all love me once i am tanned.. haha Have a good rest of the Spring Break! Be safe!!
