Baked goods!

So I now have 4 days off! I have lots of plans, and one of them is baking to use up some eggs.
We still have lots of nice things in the house from Christmas, so I'm offering baked goods for posting! Brownies will probably last best if I'm posting to somewhere other than the uk, and I'll make some flapjacks too. If you're in the uk, then I could make scones if you'd prefer?
