So, after 3.5 hours (!) we've got the mortgage sorted. The valuation will be going on this week, then we'll hear back, and go from there. We've also got insurance, and payment insurance in case one of us gets ill/injured. Buut, it looks like I might need a medical? I dunno yet, wait and see.
The lady helping us was brilliant, so friendly and non-judgemental when asking us all these questions about heatlh/outgoings/etc.
If all goes well we'll be in the new house before Christmas!
