This mix is for the current challenge over at merlin_land . Due to time constraints I've linked to youtube videos rather than uploading the songs, as the deadline for submission is now, and my internet is on a go slow right now and is refusing to upload anything :( The mix is a bit AU, as it starts in Camelot, but it's how I imagine the future of Merlin and Morgana could go.

This always makes me think of Morgana when she realises she has magic and her world falls apart, and how her and Merlin clearly share a bond, and how she is drawn to him despite herself.

How Merlin never imagined when he first laid eyes on Morgana that Morgana would end up being an enemy, and wondering if it's all his fault for not confiding about his magic in her and helping her.

Morgana's relationship with Merlin after the end of S2. I can see them having a kind of cat and mouse relationship, with Morgana furious at him but unable to kill him, occassionally showing glimpses of her vunerability that make Merlin think it's not to late to save her, only to have her spit venom at him the next time they meet.

This whole song is perfect for the Merlinverse as a whole, but this bit makes me think of Morgana in the future reflecting back on everything that's happened back when she left Camelot, and whether her rebellion was worth it.
