We can has garden! and other news
This last week has been sunny so Ed decided to weed the garden (and tidied the living room on Friday:)
Yesterday we went and bought a few shrubs, a bush rose and some bedding plants and I put them in and gave them a good watering.
The plum tree and fruit bushes are flowering and one rhubarb is going nuts so hopefully we will have a good harvest:)
This morning we went to the dump / recycling centre and got rid of the green waste that would not fit in the compost bins and most of the rubbish that had accumulated in the garden since our last tidy up.
We also took the plunge and booked flights and car hire for our late summer holiday in France.
Ed has an agency job light warehousing for a company in Cheltenham next week!! It is a bit of a drive and quite an early start but it is with an agency that he has not worked for before so if he can make a good impression, hopefully the next thing will be a bit closer....
Ed and I have also been busy costuming for Kentwell 1538.
