Nokoru: Some rich kid at an upper class school. She doesn't quite believe he's a president of anything. Touching is pretty much a no go with Nokoru, but she'll allow small things.

Russel: Snarky classmate. She wouldn't be that bothered if Russel touched her, but she won't be touching him anytime soon.

O RITE AND IZUMI

Izumi would be someones mother, maybe a next door neighbour. Again, she wouldn't be too bothered if Izumi touched her, but she won't be touching Izumi UNLESS Izumi starts reminding Chidori of her mother too much and she's concerned.

Billy is awesome :D He'd actually be more of someone from a manga or TV show for Chidori, but if anything, a classmate/friend from America. She's on pretty friendly terms with Billy, so a punch in the shoulder or a pat on the back is something she may do without thinking.
