House: Slytherin
Year: Seventh
Talent: Very good at dueling, fairly impressive at Quidditch (he IS Slytherin's captain, after all!)
History: Kuno comes from a long line of Slytherin's, along with his charming sister, of questionable sanity, yet they manage to get along with society well enough. A past headmaster, who had an unhealthy obsession with the tropics, haunts Hogwarts halls and constantly reminds Kuno of their relation, being one of his ancestors. He hates the poltergeist, after in his first year having been shaved bald by it. In his second year he joined the Slytherin team as a chaser, and quickly became captain after only a year or two (I wonder who was on the team previous...).
Personality: Very similar to how he always is, only with the skill of a quidditch captain rather than a kendo captain. Depending on whether you are in his house or not, he will treat you different. Within his house, whether you are on his team or not. The Sorting Hat actually had first wanted to sort him to Hufflepuff but he was so affronted by the suggestion that he threatened it to sort him to Slytherin, due to the fact that he is a pretty hard worker when he has something he wants, and is fairly loyal to his friends (but not always...if it's in conflict with something he wants).
If you're on the Quidditch team, he is particularly strict. He doesn't take any insult to his skills or intellect, often punishing or threatening to punish in the way he finds most effective: keeping you from playing. For as much as he wants to win the House Cup this year, after being defeated last year by Gryffindor and Urameshi, he wants to see those who assault him punished even more. :D He's also horribly short-sighted when his ego is tarnished.
Other: Kuno is particularly skilled with hexes and jynxes, but not at removing them. He has a special ability to work THROUGH them despite how... incapacitating they may be. He has an indominitable will that keeps him standing or getting up, no matter what happens.
Also, his wand is a bokken. It was a strange wand, containing the entirety of a phoenix egg (but not whole), that Ollivander had to specially find for him. Because a standard wand is not enough.
