Sarah Palin?! Who is that?!
Hello everyone. Yesterday I was really mad about Midnight Sun so I never brought this up. Now, I'm just going to bring this up, I am a democrat. A very hardcore democrat so I was elated to hear who McCain chose as his running mate. Sarah Palin?! The governor of Alaska! My first thought was "Well, she's an unknown. She might be OK." Then, I turned on CNN. She has been a governor for 20 months and before that she was a mayor of 7,000 people. This is going to be easier than I thought. In case people don't watch The Daily Show, here is a little segment from Friday's show. It's hilarious.
I am insulted by McCain's choice. Sam B brought up why. He thinks that women will vote for her just because she is a woman. McCain is obviously trying to get the Hillary supporters. People have to see that McCain could croak at any second. Sarah Palin is not even ready to be VP so how could she possibly be President.
Last night I thought a lot about Midnight Sun. I really don't mind that it's on hiatus; I just don't like how she is being so immature about it. She basically said it was our fault because we are so obsessive. Don't you want fans like that? I just don't like how she is insulting us. Maybe she's acting like this because she is stressed and hurt. Who knows. I hope she comes out and apologizes for being so immature. I still love her but I am a little, not shocked, but disappointed. This isn't how a professional writer should act. Not at all.
I'm off to watch more Jane Eyre. I could watch it all the time. Mr. Rochester! :D Bye bye.
