The whole not falling thing is probably due to his Nightwing uniform. If Dick actually changes out of it, they'll have a bit of a problem, considering he doesn't really have his crutches here. Just the modified batons for the uniform.

And now that they're out of the bar, the urges Dick has been ignoring are a hell of a lot harder to ignore. So he finally gives up, and puts his arms around Roy, clinging.
