hey, just from this post i think lesley/aib would be a good place for you, i dont know why, just like the art & feminist/political stuff is totally lesley ish. i know you had said you wanted to go there, what made you change your mind? anyway ... hmmmmmmm what about mass art ? aib and ma are the only places i can think of that would be good.
the reason why i rejected the offer to AIB is because i cant afford that right now, and also, id be a commuter and thats really hard for art (transporting, etc.)
but you're right, its a good school to keep in mind, lesely, or aib. either later on, or for graduate
i heard you have to be really smart to get into lesley.. but i guess it doesnt hurt to try....
wow, goin back to chester, thats huge. im happy you are doing what makes you happy however. are you losing money tho? i hope not... we gotta chill soon babe, we always say it, but we gotta DO it.
i love ya doll, and good for u for making that decision!
What's this American hung up on career attitude? You are smart, talented, and educated. There is no reason for you not to be successful. And you are forgetting that you are already successful. Successfully completed high school, successfully accepted to college, successfully attending, and successfully working. Great love life AWESOME friends (lol), you are absolutly exactly where you need to be.
true the american culture plays into the security of knowing and having a career
you're right, right NOW i am where i need to be, but i dont think about right now, i think about the future, always....
i dont want to be this girl who graduates as an artist, gets married, has kids, stays bascially in the same area, and gets a "good" job, but not an amazing one....im very afraid of that, of being...unfufilled....?
