Cool New Thing: Cut and Paste Animation
I saw this short, experimental film "Science Friction" on Turner Classic Movies channel yesterday. I was blown away. I seen cut and paste animation before, but it never made that great an impression on me. But this looks fresh, profound, and fun. I've been looking for a counterpoint hobby to my writing, and I think I've found it. Making short films using this technique seems like something I could do, and moreover, something that would be incredibly fun to do.
