Is This for Real?

Is she an actress?
Is this a magic trick?
Is she speaking with an Irish accent, or a Scottish? Scottish.
Does she actually live in a country house?
There something fake about this video, and her channel. In two other videos she uploaded ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mEFMwox0-Gc, http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9J8Eokk7bgU ), she opens a box in an attic. The circumstances don't seem credible:
1. The box is the only item in a deserted attic. It is unlikely that all other items in the attic would be removed except this one.
2. The things she finds in the box are ancient, over two hundred years old, but are in pristine condition.
3. The items in the box have not been packed in the box in such a way as would be expected, and certainly not in a manner that would shield them against aging. There is no way a 200 plus year "red coat" would still be a red coat, especially if stored in that manner: it would be at best a pink coat, and the white leggings would be yellow.
4. The items in the box are a motley collection. An army uniform, and a sea captain's cap?
5. The connection she has to these items is not clear. Do they belong to her family? Or has she bought the house from a third party, and this box was left behind?
6. She is the only person or sign of life in an otherwise deserted house. Except for the ferret.
