"Go For Broke," a board game in the manner of "Monopoly" and "Life" (50 cents). I love playing cheesy games like this.
Yogurt maker ($3). Now that I've identified a source of cheap milk, Aldi's, this could save quite a bit of money:
Klingon Dictionary (25 cents). Yes I am a nerd.
A great translation of Chinese poetry ($1.50). A new poet is introduced every two pages: on the left page is written a brief bio, on the right a representative poem.
Swingline staper in like-new condition ($2). Takes longer fanged staples, so can bind larger sheaves of paper.
36 bowls, of the type used at schools and other institutions, made a melmac or a similar substance ($10). I can use these along with the lunch trays I bought earlier and serve a lunch. I've already got a menu planned: corn nibblets, corn dog (along with mustard packet), tater tots (along with ketchup packet), fruit cup, chocolate pudding (in bowl), and chocolate milk carton. Yes, I know, there are two desserts on this menu--but that's how I roll.
I don't know my way around electronica, but I love these three cd's (40 cents). Mellow enough that I can listen to them while I work.
