Hilarious, and real quick before I go back to work: we had a lady come in today trying to cash a check that exceeded her check cashing limit. Normally, if the lady had been nice, our head teller would have okay'ed it. But the lady was throwing a fit, demanding that she be able to cash the check, and threatening to call all kinds of people. Dee, the head teller, was trying to reason with the woman, telling her that the computer recognizes your check-cashing limit, and it won't let us proceed if the check is above the limit. That's just the way the computer is programmed. The woman was like, "PEOPLE program computers!" and Dee responds, "I'm sorry ma'am, I can't call a computer programmer in here to fix this problem right now." LOL Love my job.
