What a great Easter! Went to Ashland City to have lunch with my grandparents, and then I went fishing with my brother and his friend, Ryan. First time I've ever been fishing, and I caught the biggest fish! Took me a little while to get the hang of it, but it was fun. Definitely would have stayed down there longer if I hadn't had to pee so bad. haha. And oh--before we got to where we were fishing, Ryan suggested we go "muddin'" down a different trail which he thought would get us to the fishing spot, but it turned out to be just a flooded dead end. After the experience I can say I had fun, but at the time I thought my heart was going to beat right out of my chest. I swear we almost flipped the truck once. So, as my brother put it, I got to be a "real country girl" today. :)
Went back to the grandparents' and watched a movie, and then I came back home! Chris is hanging out with a friend right now, and when he gets home I'm going to bed! In the morning I plan on getting up semi-early and going to the temp agency down the road. Speaking of--I heard back from unemployment today. I could, theoretically, get $137/wk. from them, which would be GREAT... enough money to pay my bills until I can get a job. They should call me back tomorrow to get some more information from me, and then hopefully I'll know whether or not I qualify. But what I REALLY want is just a good paying job.
