jeff and i found another house to make an offer on. they counter offered asking for more which we countered offer meeting them half way and they accepted our counter offer. so pretty much it's our house unless we find something wrong with the house during our inspection on tuesday. the house looks and has the the same floor plan as the first house we made an offer on. the first house was banked owned and they still haven't replied to us which is fine with us because the house that we got is much more updated. it has a fridge, washer and dryer, which we would have had to buy if we got the first place. not to mention that there isn't a huge hole in the yard that we would've had to fill up and there aren't many trees in the backyard that we would've had to remove. so over all we're happy with the second house. if all goes well we can move in on june 18th. (i think) can't wait to decorate it.
