[fanfic] Sibling Love
Meanwhile in Yuto’s and Emii’s place…
Yuto let out a deep sigh before finally gave in and broke the silence.
“So, is that what Hikaru-kun has said earlier was true, Emii??” He asked as he trapped his gaze on the girl in front of him who landed her eyes on the ground.
“…..” Emii bit his lower lip.
“So, it wasn’t true??? Hikaru-kun only told a lie just now, right?” Yuto said in purpose.
“Nii-chan would never tell a lie!!! Umm…I mean…” Emii right away defended her beloved brother but regretted her own act in mere second, because she just admitted her own defeat.
“So, that was true then??? That you did talk about me a lot???” Yuto asked hopefully.
“…..” Again, Emii went silent.
“Emii…I couldn’t understand if you just keep si…” Yuto said again but got cut off with Emii in the middle.
“Umm…that’s true…” Emii finally said in a very low tone which was almost not audible into Yuto’s ears, blushing.
And Yuto who could never be happier after hearing this, let out his best charming smile.
“Now, that wasn’t hard, was it??” Yuto teased.
And Emii pouted.
“C’mon I’ll treat you ice cream~!” Yuto asked excitedly as he grabbed Emii’s hand.
“Yay~! I want a triple scoops of choco flavor then…” suddenly Yabu Ryutaro, Yuto’s best friend came from nowhere, joined them
“Ryu, for God shake! Since when were you here???” Yuto was startled.
“Since you guys were being so lovey dovey as ever??” Ryu teased innocently.
Yuto and Emii blushed nevertheless.
“We…we were never being lovey dovey…” Yuto refuted.
“Oh, really??? So what is that??” Ryutaro pointed at Yuto’s hand that was still holding Emii’s right hand.
He let it go in a second as his face reddened.
“No need to hide it, Yuto-kun, I always aware that there is something between you two as well as my brother aware the same thing toward your older brother and sister…” Ryutaro calmed his best friend down as he started to walk away.
Yuto sighed in relief.
“But, I believe no else ever realized about it yet…So now, won’t it better for you to treat me some ice cream in case I won’t tell this to anyone???” Ryutaro smirked.
As much as Yuto knew Ryutaro never meant his words, he did treat him and Emii some ice cream that afternoon.
So this was the end of this peculiar story with the Yabu’s has successfully ruined their best friend private time.
