Whoopee for 3rd place!
YEAH! We got 3rd place! I felt so good after that competition. I knew we had done well, but I didn't expect 3rd. To my Jackson Friends: I only have one thing to say...
PWNED!!!!
I am so tired now... not physically, but mentally. I had a rush of emotions last night... First, I was Ecstatic that we did so well... Then I started to feel bad. Jackson did not deserve to get 2nd to last. The judges always deal them a rotten hand, and I'm sick and tired of it. The thing about Jackson is that they don't care what place they come in. If there was a sportsmanship award, you guys would win it. In that category, Piscataway has issues. Let me give an example:
If Jackson placed last at championships, there would be a roar of cheering and applause.
If Piscataway placed last, there would be either silence, or groaning.
Anyway... we listened to you guys, and if you looked up to your right (Assuming you are a jackson band member). You got a standing Ovation... From me.
