(no subject)
Mom came home with Decemberunderground (by AFI) today. I mentioned it to her but I thought truly I'd have to go buy it myself- but I ACTUALLY got it the day it came out! And OH. MY. GOD. It's amazing. I'm so glad I've found something to hold onto while Green Day's away. I'm also glad this album is finally out.
The songs blow me away. All different moods and sounds- from the first which is nothing but melody, to some that scream and others that I'm going to fall asleep to tonight because they make me feel so good inside- like life is really something to stick around for (not in a suicidal sense... you know what I mean...). I remember now why I like this band so much.
So, if you have the chance, I strongly reccomened it- even if you don't know much about the band, it's beautiful and so catchy. Also, the CD booklet comes with some gorgeous, stunning pictures of the band.
Hold me and tell me we'll burn like stars...
