In an attempt to curb my weight gain, the above has become my new creed. I intend to cut out corn and corn products, fried foods, and a fair ammount of fatty meats.
In addition, I intend to consume more veggies, get back on my long board, and (hopefully) drink and smoke less.
I think it may be time to wise up about my lifestyle, which to be honest is rather unhealthy. Considering my recent divorce, as I like to call it, I can't think of a better time.
