La Luz

i've always enjoyed team buildings but last weekend was the most fun to date. maybe it's because the attendance was almost complete and we had lots of activities in line. and i have to say the place and the service are awesome. the ambience was relaxing and we didn't have to worry about food (unlike the horror we've experienced in White Corals at Bataan).

i played with Gatsby's toys while the rest enjoyed the beach (i couldn't because nature happened. haha.) Gatsby is Ana's three-year-old son. he's so chubby and cute! i miss my pamangkin when he was the same age. i have to add, the sand is NOT fine.

the PMR boys perched on a rock. they sustained minor injuries just climbing up. but the shot was nice IMO so it was worth the bloodshed and gauze. haha.

we all climbed up this ginormous rock and took LOTS of pictures. the view from up there was exhilarating! i'm normally acrophobic but i forgot all about it when we were there.

i love this shot! it took a while to get this right because the models were pasaway and the shot always gets overexposed. this actually made me realize that in a team of 23 (tama ba?), 6 lang ang girls. haha.

sunday morning we went trekking! thankfully my sister's favorite pair of flip-flops survived the challenging trails. she would've killed me if i came back with a pair of tin ann's bahaianas instead of havaianas. haha. we were exhausted upon reaching the falls but it was nothing compared to the trail we took going back. the next day when i woke up, i had to wait for a few minutes to get myself up. i thought i was paralyzed.

we finally reached the falls, which was not much anyway, as the water was only knee-high and you had to stick your face close to the rocks just to feel the water on your face.

we devoured our packed snacks (which looked like refugee goods) when we got there. tin ann had drunk the most amazing, thirst-quenching coke in her entire life.

i was dead tired but i truly enjoyed the experience. that's saying much because i'm not a nature lover. i told marvs that my taebo legs were put to the test and they failed me! LOL.

the foursome of PMR. haha. they had the most pics in my camera haha. such camwhores. they always ham it up for chun. hehe.

ado's shot was spot on. i love that he was able to capture the length of the falls haha.

the ever huggable MOMON!

tin's version of the sun dance. i guess it worked. she is like on energizer or something. such a clown! haha.

the last activity we had was kayaking. i would have loved to try it but again, i was unable to so i just contented myself with taking pictures from afar. hehe.

i'm happy. i don't know. for some reason, i feel so attached to my teammates now. it would be very hard to leave when the time comes.

more pictures at my multiply.
