Here comes the sun
I love winter time, honestly I do. I want my winters to be cold, very cold and only then is it a real winter. Snow is an added pleasure and ice, well, that is something which needs to be accepted as part of the whole.
But honestly what I really crave is sunshine. I think I would not mind half the time if in winter time we still had sunshine or sunlight. But Berlin is horrible in wintertimes because, while being dark from 16:30 to 8:10 in the morning the rest of the time there are grey clouds all over the city making the light dim. So we spent once more than a month without seeing the sun.
Now that spring has arrived I cannot imagine to be in a bad mood anymore, sunshine truly has a positive effect on my moods and my views on life. I find it amazing. Probably since I believe that sunshine has an effect, it then does.
But still. I probably only need an hour in the sun and then I am fine (mood and mind wise). Probably also the reason why in the summer time I am far more relaxed and open to things happening.
