Doggie Update
Sorry people... no more pics yet.
I awoke this morning wondering if he (the unnamed dog) had done a runner... but no, there he was happy and excitable. He had sifted through the box i put his lead in and pulled it out, ready to go. It was 5:20! LOL Keen as mustard!
D and I did take him for a walk. I held the lead. I am getting a sore hand from the pressure. He pulls very hard, but is improving all the time. We did a short run too through the park. Just me and the dog, not D.
I have named him... His name is Beau. It means 'beautiful', which his heart is, and I think it suits him.
Josh came home this afternoon. I told him there might be something in teh yard that he might like. He didnt hurry, went to his room, took his time, and then! LOL Boy, did he get a surprize. "A dog! Is he ours???" :-) He played and patted for a bit. Poor Beau was a little overwhelmed. Joshs dad and step mum came too, to check him out. Everyone has an opinion on how old he is. I should be taking bets. I had to kick them out. Josh went dow the street to get his friends and dragged them back for a sticky beak too. It eventually settled down. We (all three of us) took Beau for another walk before dinner. I am exhausted in a happy way.
He is certainly nice to have smiling at the back door. He is drawing us all out of the house too. I hope that lasts.
