1 More week to NSI
Finally NSI is only 1 week away. We are in the final stage of preparation and I am preparing all the questionnaire for the competition. Its a tiring affair.
Just the Friday ago, the lab lesson on Monday was unsuccessful, luckily by 730pm, we were able to complete it and I need not come up with a contingency plan for tomorrow lesson. Phew.
It will be a long week ahead. I have got work still yet to be done. Marking of test papers, grading my class (luckily 9 of them left my class after Meeting 1... :P), that leaves me only 9 to grade... wahahha... I have not completed lesson 8 and tomorrow's is the review. There is a part time program coming up and I am somehow in charge of a module, yes me again and I need to give the people in-charge of the whole program how we are going to run the module... the rates are not too bad though... but we will split the money around, getting lecturers interested to teach... hahah... I have got a talk to give on Thu afternoon, anyone interested to come and listen? :P I gave the students some sample slides and ask them to amend it, I will just deliver it. Initially I thought of using a small lecture room, but from a 80 person lecture hall, it is shifted to a 375 lecture hall due to overwhelming response from 2 talks gave last week. These 2 weeks we are running SIT Technology Week and yes, I am in-charge of it again!! Strange but true... doesn't the school has enough staff to do these jobs? Tomorrow, we are expecting guests from a partner to do some security testing on their machines .Before my NSI is over, there is job awaiting for me already! (Notice the !!! in this paragraph... Tomorrow I will be meeting Huimin and Hong Xing for dinner, Tue night, RP basketball staff team will be taking on MOE team 2. I will be there to cheer coz I did not register for it coz I am too lousy... hee...
Finally, I took up the courage to take up Tai Chi. It will be run every Wed from 5pm to 6pm and the school is paying! wahaha... Looking forward it... hee...
The next time anyone sees me, please dun tell me I put on weight coz I really have no time to go to the gym. Each time I want to go, something pops up. I am rushing for NSI now... cya all... have a great week ahead!
