last night got the TI-89 Titanium calculator. it's awesome!! and i got the subways - young for eternity cd and heart - little queen, which has a live cover of stairway to heaven which sounds really good.
and today i got a call from philadelphia university. they said that my sat scores and my basic gpa (i guess they got it when i took my sats) qualified me for a $10,000 dollar scholarship. It's really cool, but i don't know if the scholarship is renewable or not or if it's just for all 4 years there. questions my parents asked immediately when i got off the phone. my mom's just happy that a school likes me enough to call me. She doesn't know if she wants me to live down there or not. and both of my parents are worrying about the cost. well it is expensive; it costs like $23,000 a year.
