[Background] With over 36 branching storylines that are all equally canon due to time loops, it's no wonder I settled for a link.
[Personality] Noel, being an officer of the Novus Orbis Librarium, tries her best to act cool and professional when executing her duties. However, she doesn't do a very good job of doing so. She's rather insecure, shy, slightly immature, and has the tendency to stutter when she speaks. In fact, she prefers to do online shopping so she doesn't have to meet people and embarrass herself. Her highest insecurity, oddly enough, is her chest size, or lack thereof. If this is somehow alluded to in any way, she becomes extremely angry and attacks the offender, even trying to tack on charges she could use to arrest them. However, she eventually calms down when the opportunity shows itself.
Though she is a gifted fighter, Noel is not very confident of her skills. Thus, she has a high dependence on her weapon, Bolverk. If they are taken away from her, she ends up acting like a weak and scared little girl.
She has the tendency to let her mind wander off, causing her not to pay attention to her surroundings. This usually leads to her missing out on important information, and most times she ends up getting lost with no hope of finding her way back without directions. She also tends to be a bit irresponsible, such as procrastinating the reading of her reports and taking a nap during the ride to the location of her mission.
Despite her faults, Noel is a very kindhearted girl. She values her friends and family, and earnestly tries to help people if circumstances allow her to. An example would be that she was actually quite willing to lend Carl, a former classmate, her weapon since the matter seemed very important to him, at least until Bolverk alerted her to the danger of doing so. Her interests are also surprisingly girlish: She likes writing poetry (though she refuses shows her work to anyone), and has a fondness for cute things (especially animals) that is so intense, it could almost be called an obsession. Though she enjoys cooking, it's said that whatever she makes can take down men more than her fighting ability. She hates bugs, especially ones that has a lot of legs, and ends up screaming in terror if she has to face them.
[Specialties/Abilities] PEW PEW PEW Noel has the ability to summon her weapon, Bolverk, at any time. It can take form of four different modes: Twin handguns, a machinegun, a crossbow, and a rocket-propelled grenade. As she is in the military branch of the NOL, she has much experience in combat. Despite Bolverk usually taking the form of handguns, Noel excels in close-range combat, utilizing pistol whips, point-blank shots, and kicks to deal the majority of damage.
It's important to note that Bolverk doesn't actually fire bullets in any of its forms. Its ammunition is really short bursts of magic blasts, so no one can be killed with one shot.
[Affection] All types of affections are allowed towards Noel, but it doesn't necessarily mean that she'll like it. She's mostly civil and nice towards people, unless you remind her of a cute animal in any way. Then she'll be trying to pull ears, pat heads, and cuddle like no tomorrow.
