Updates...
I finally took some pictures of Zoe. This is one of my favorites. She has grown up so much and it has been great taking her on walks this summer. She really has turned out to be such a great dog and so patient with Kaia even though Kaia is not very nice to her. I just feel bad I don't get more one on one time with her. Someday...
Kaia is such a great big sister. I am so proud how she has taken to having Jaeda around. They are going to be great buds. She is so into pink nowadays.
We got her a big girl bed and she has been sleeping in it for the last week without any problems. We just have to lay down with her at night and she stays there until morning. She even asks to go to bed there and is very proud of herself in the morning. In the last four days or so she has been doing so well letting me know when she has to pee. At the rate she is going I think she will be completely ready for diaper free outings in a couple weeks. I am really surprised with this burst in independence. We haven't even really been pushing these things very much she is driving it herself, which is nice. We are not sure how much she is liking school. We are thinking that the class size may be too much for her and that she may do better with a smaller environment with more attention from the teacher? We are going to think about things this weekend and then we may cancel with Kirkland Children's School and move to something smaller.
Jaeda is getting bigger and bigger. She was 13lbs 3 oz at her 2 month check up. Kaia was 13lbs 15 oz. at her 2 month. She has been battling food and environment sensitivities, acid reflux, and thrush.... still. What a challenge. I now have cut out dairy, eggs, peanuts, citrus, and spicy foods. I think I have to cut out soy for my own sake because my body is having trouble with it. What is left to eat??? I have definitely been doing better at getting enough calories but it is so challenging. I am pretty proud of myself....I just don't get to enjoy eating much anymore.
She has been doing so well with her tummy time and is getting so strong. Kaia hated her tummy time.
Her lashes are getting so long.
Tim is doing really well. He just got his review and got top scores. He was one of 6 in his division. I am very proud of him. We just celebrated our 3 years and feel like we are very strong. Parenting 2 has its challenges but we have been getting out walking a lot and talking which is always so good for the relationship. I feel like we can be so open to each other and I love that.
