i never once said that you weren't allowed to do that, you are putting words in my mouth. it wasn't my intentions to piss people off. seriously it was something i was kind of curious about because i was raised to believe that christmas is the day we have chosen to celebrate the birth of christ... whether it be the day he was ACTUALLY born or not. so it didn't make sense to me why people would want to participate in a day that (IN MY OPINION) revolves around the christian religion. really, all i wanted was a reason why athiest participate in christmas. i wasn't trying to judge. i know it looked like i was but that wasn't my intentions at all. i have absolutely NO problem with people who have different beliefs than mine and i wasn't trying to push my religion on anybody else because i don't like when people do that to me. it was seriously just a curiosity. so i'm sorry. i have tried to contact maggie about this and she has chosen not to respond to my calls or email so i'm done... not to mention i don't like replying to "anonymous" comments. i don't feel like i should be called childish when people can't even speak to me about something like this as an adult. and perhaps you aren't the same person who wrote the comment about monkeys... but i don't understand how somebody is going to have an "intervention" with me and not even be able to say who they are on here. that doesn't make a lot of sense to me. once again, i'm sorry if i offended anyone, i was just curious. if you celebrate christmas just to show your appreciation for family and love then fine... thats all i wanted to know.
