(no subject)
Blah... I am so tired and bored tonight... I'm still waiting for the stupid bank to release the money I deposited in my mom's account... Hopefully they'll release the hold tomorrow...
Mom and I had to take Molly to the vet on Monday... She had this yucky looking benign growth about 1.5" across hanging from her left elbow. We had to leave her at the vet's office for a few hours so they could quickly fit her in when they had a chance. At least she didn't have to be anaesthetized, only sedated, for them to remove the growth and stitch it. She got her long overdue vaccinations, too... All in all it cost me $230... But it's okay... I'd pay every cent I had for Molly... She's still my baby girl... She's doing well now, but she was tired and a little dopey when I picked her up. She even curled up in the small, cramped space in front of my passenger seat on the drive home. At home we put her in the garage with a nice big blanket for about 4 hours so she could rest undisturbed. Meg and Sadie had to go back into their kennel for the first little while when we let Molly out in the evening; they were too rambunctious and bugging Molly. I didn't want their assing around to make Molly tear her stitches, plus she was still tired and not in the mood to put up with the two boneheads... And with the surgery, she wasn't in any shape to go off into the bush to escape them, either.
Well, since it's seminar week, I didn't have a Mary Kay meeting tonight, so I was actually able to watch Canadian Idol. It was pretty good tonight. This girl from my grad class who now lives in Kamloops did an awesome job. So did the Newfie guy and the wacky guy from Saskatoon... *lol* What can I say, they make good singers in 'Toon town...
Well, being that I'm pretty damn tired, I guess I ought to go to bed... It's getting kinda late.
