First day of baseball practice..
Tired, sore.. The works.
Started off with a short run, stretched then warmed up.
Did bunt defense plays on the infield. Then took a water break.
Then took groundballs at shortstop. It was quick too, about 25 ground balls, with about 4 seconds of rest in between.
Did soft-toss with JV. Then we did baserunning (JV). Then we had to do sprints.
That all took about an hour and fifteen minutes. Sooo tired..
