So... yea. Yesterday was semi-nice. It was National Sibling Day and I went to go see a movie with Nick... then I saw Morgan and Jake afterwords so I guess I celebrated a little. Nick and I went and seen Stay Alive which was pretty funny in my opinion because they kept repeated the overly used "If you die in the game, you die for real." Some of the deaths and close calls made me laugh. The good thing about the movie was the video game it was based around. I love it already and it's not even out yet. Yes.. not even out yet. After the movie came out there was demand for the creation of a game similiar to the one used in the movie so game designers have set out to create it. Guess who found a game that actually sparked interest? *grin* It's hard for me to find an adventure game that I like. Really. Kagero II: Deception, Parasite Eve, Resident Evil, and Final Fantasy are the only ones I enjoy playing.. but this one might top them all. The story line is amazing and is based around this "true story" about a 17th century noblewoman called "The Blood Countess Elizabeth Bathory" who murders young women and bathes in their blood (she killed men as well) to make herself more beautiful. It's really quite fascinating. *shrugs* But yea.. i've got that mind where i'm attracted to dark stories, arts and atmospheres =P! I love it though and I will never let that part of me die. Anyways, the game is just cool. The objective is to get to the tower of the Blood Countess and kill her. The task is to nail 3 nails into her (heart, neck, and head), get away from her as she comes to attack then burn her to death making sure to burn every drop of blood. After that you are supposed to read words from a sacred prayer (which is read at the beginning of the game... also the reason why people died is because that is some sort of curse thingy) and put her to rest forever. Ha.. but you know me and Nick both said the same thing. "Sequel!" Yea.. at the end they didn't read the secret passage... and the game came out from the underground world and made it into stores as a PS2 game in the movie.. and someone started playing it. So yea... total give away. I just want the game. =). Anyways, i've probally bored you to death with that but yep. Felt like getting that off my mind.. or wait now i'm more interesting in the blood countess story. Err. Ha. Also, apartment wise i'm doing very well in the search. I've compiled a list of efficiency and one bedroom apartments (since I really don't want a lot of space) and all of them are under $440 =). And they are all within 4 blocks of the campus and most include utilities in the rent.. so alls I have to pay seperately is electricity.. and DSL if I want that back. Goodies. Now I have to call up places tomorrow and get more prices on the ads i've compiled. So much work. Oh well. Bye!
