I still dont know how we are gonna pay our bills, nic laid off the beer for now but we only have 325 dollars in the bank.. We need 343$ and EPB charge of 75 is still pending, nic gets payed thursday but I worry it wont be enough. I sure wish they would call me about my food stamps. I sure could use them!

Hang in there, Pookee Butt. Too many people care about you guys to let something bad happen. If it turned out not to be enough and the food stamps still haven't come through, I'm sure people would band together and make sure you guys were okay. I am also learning what it's like to stress about money, with my car payment and my credit card payments.

Are you clipping coupons and stuff when you buy groceries? I know it's annoying, but once I seriously saved $40 by using coupons. Sign up for free Camel coupons online for your smokes. Make sure you have a Bi-Lo bonus card. Make sure lights get turned off and tvs/other electronics are turned off when people aren't using them. Check for sale prices, etc. All of those things only save a little of money, but when you combine your savings from all of those things, it really adds up!!! I'll be happy to sit there and clip coupons with you like they did back in the day. :) Hang in there, love.

Hey pooks, the only problem with coupons is there are some great sites out there with coupons but they have to be printed out and I dont have a printer or a printer port for one so I would have to get a thumb drive one which my dad is using both that he has. The other problem is that I dont get the newspaper so I cant lcip coupons out of it. I'm not sure how I'm gonna get my hands on some coupons but i seriously need to until we here back from the food stamp place!

Actually Pookee, I have an extra printer. I just bought a new one, and there's nothing wrong with my old one. I think I even have some extra ink for it. Do you want it?

Is it a thumb drive printer or do u have to have a printer port on ur compy? If its a thumb one I'll definitely take it, thanks so much pookee!

I'm not sure. When I used it, I always connected it to my computer via USB cable. But I can check when I get home. Even if it doesn't have the thumb port, it should still work with your computer. Just print directly from your computer instead of from your thumb drive.

yeah i THINK if u used a usb cable then it is the type I was looking for. i dont have one of those huge ugly printer drives but they are usually on old printers anyway. Sounds like yours was new so it should run off a usb cable which is what i need, thanks so much pooks and sorry for the confusion, you know im an idiot when it comes to compys!
