Dammit of all the times to go and visit New York City

The subway workers decide to go on strike

This being the busiest time of the year in the busiest city in the country

It's going to be hell trying to sightsee with my friend while I'm there.

Guess there's going to be a lot of walking to do then, cuz I am not going to try a taxi.

It's going to be soooooo cold too

I love wearing winter clothes, but I hate cold weather(it's weird..)

Last year when I went to Boston that was easier cuz it was in the middle of July

Now I'm going to be to freezing my ass off in Times Square watching the ball drop for New Years

Still... not complaining(too much), I am going to NYC finally!

*checks watch*

Only 23 hours to go till I'm on leave from the base and home free till the 8th of January
Now I got to stop looking at my watch.
No staying up till 2AM tonight.
No mindless Myspace surfing either.
Got a long drive tomorrow back to GA.
I'll need at least 8 hours of sleep
Just got to force myself to bed before midnight(which I have the hardest time doing).
