FUCK THAT SHIT
I really need to get to bed, so I'll make this my shortest rant, ever probably.
I signed on to check my email then was going to head to bed and read Kite Runner till I fell asleep. Then I realized my mailbox was fresh with 4 spam emails about Paris Hilton, and her recent release from jail, how she's reformed, how she's found God, how she's now such a great little human being.
You know what I say to that?
FUCK THAT SHIT.
It makes me LIVID to hear that our country, with all the shit it has to deal with (the war, immigration, health care, to name a few), that the most important thing the news can come up with is if Paris Hilton is getting favorable treatment in jail. While on a story about her, there was a brief cliffnote saying how the Commander of all forces in Iraq had been changed to so-and-so, then went back to Paris's meal plan. Wow. Way to fucking set priorities.
People seem to be waking up to the fact that Paris has made a career on nothing but a sex tape and publicity stunts. Yet after all the mudslinging and invectives condemning her, aren't they giving her what she wants anyway with the attention and time they give her?
Luckily, I stumbled upon this video, and it restored my faith somewhat. Based solely on this, it can be deduced that only one third of the country has any cognitive thinking ability left.

I hope Paris gets hit by a truck, lives, but has to deal with being a cripple with a REAL plastic face and spends her time mopping the floor with her automatic wheelchair at some Burger King in Barstow.
