Progressive's training program leaves alot to be desired.
Ive basically been told, here's a phone and a lap top...we're going to train you for 6 months BUT FIRST answer these phones...
I dont have an answer for ANYONE who calls.
I can transfer them to someone else...but if i wasnt on the phone in the first place THAT PERSON WOULD PROBABLY ANSWER ANYWAY.
Not that there is anything else I could be doing right now, but it sure makes me feel useless.
i think id rather just be sitting here...
