seriously girls, have some faith in yourself.
I dont understand why girls should feel like its not safe to go to the bathroom alone anymore.
I hate it when women conform to the idea of an imediete turn to men.
The girls in this school(most of them anyway) are capaple of making level headed, strong, safe choices in a situation like what happened this morning.
I am extrememly proud of what my Director did this morning. She is amazing, and strong. She didnt fly off the handle and withdraw, or sue the school, or ask for a boy to come and protect her. I bet she was scared, but she kept her head and made strong desisions

I have to walk halfway across campus to get from the main hall to my dorm. I do this at night, I do this everyday at least 3 times.
Im not going to ask Eric to escort me. I can defend myself.
Maybe there are girls who dont think they can, maybe there are girls who really cant. So learn, grow. You are never going to get anywhere if you are afraid to go to the bathroom/shower/dark hallway to the gym/Anything
alone.
