Hanging by a steady rope

This is how I gave up hope
Dark and lonely in my room
Bloody tears run down my face
As flashes run away slowly

Broken heart and sick soul
You are the one who made this my goal
Red stained face and on my knees
Help me lord, please oh please

Double knot and open wrists
I never even got my first kiss
But now is the time
And today is the day

Save me, please someone
Rescue me as I ....
