Note:
I can't actually see Livejournal because it's banned at work so I'm having Carrie (that's me, hi! ^_^) post these journal entries for me. One may suggest to get a journal on another system, but my friends list is small enough as it is and I already talk to myself.

There's this Jiff Peanut Butter commercial where these two young girls are having a sleep over and the "host" offers the "guest" to watch a tape (the box even looks like a old plastic VHS tape box) of Princess MoonFire. But the guest is so offended by the suggestion, she wants to go home. The only thing that saves the day is sharing a peanut butter sandwich? What? Huh? Princess MoonFire sounds like it could be the greatest young female action fantasy cartoon ever, and all the guest wants is some peanut butter. She can get peanut butter at home for crying out loud. Maybe she would like to play with some rocks too, because apparently there are plenty to spare in her head. --Carrie wants to watch Princess MoonFire. ._.

Where has the magic gone? When did everyone turn into cynical, bitter old know-it-alls? Everyone I've talked to about Star Wars is all ho-hum about it. Was I just not paying attention to the last two movies? I had no problems with them. I don't remember the original 3 being highly intellectual either so I'm not understanding what people are expecting? Do people forget they saw the first movies when they were impressionable children? I don't feel older, but other people are making me feel older. Whatever, I'm going to go see it Wednesday at midnight (I'm not dressing up though, I never dress up.) --Carrie's going too!
