(no subject)
I am still alive, I promise! Internet at home is just sketchy and I've been teaching at the mountain pretty much non-stop for the past few days. Let me tell you, though, I am getting in some kickass shape from running up and down the mountain after beginner snowboarders...and I'm pretty sore :P
Today I got there at 9 and was sent over to Jackson Gore for 10. Of course I got there around 10.30 because I managed to get lost (how, I'm not sure), and then they didn't have any lessons for me until 1.30 when they gave me somebody else's private lesson because they felt bad for making me sit around all day (I worked on my tan). That wound up working because I get paid extra for teaching privates, I got a $20 tip, and the girl liked me so I might get a request in the future :) which I get paid even MORE for! Wheee!
FYI I'm getting my tonsils out Jan 2nd so I'll be pretty out of it.
