THAT OLD LADY I'VE CHANGED BODIES WITH BEFORE IS MY MOTHER.

This means that I HAVE SEEN MY MOTHER NAKED.

THERE IS NOT ENOUGH "DO NOT WANT" IN THIS WORLD.

Perhaps waiting to get over the shock before reaching for my journal would have been a wiser move. ... That was inappropriate.

[A pause.] Pray tell, however, how did you accomplish this? I have not heard of any way that one could recover the things that have been lost.

It happens at random, but sometimes you find crystals that let you experience a memory when you touch them. I found one inside a chocolate egg that appeared on my kitchen counter this morning.

More or less, yeah. Sometimes it's a gift to recover something, but other times it's frustrating. To just... get one tiny piece of your life back.
