I fucking hate yelling...

I'm really tired of all the yelling.

1. It's embarassing, especially when I'm on the phone with someone and one or both of my parents begin to yell.

2. It's hurtful.

3. It's frightening.

4. It's just generally upsetting.

I was freaking out again today, and some when I was on the phone with E.J. Then I walk into the living room and my dad just starts yelling at m. I didn't even hear what he was yelling about before I just hung up the phone as quickly as I could...

It makes me sad...

I just told him to stop yelling and he didn't have to fucking yell about every thing. Stroke or not, he could chill out - I didn't say that. I just told him he didn't have to yell about everying, he can just TALK. He pulled his "FORGIVE ME!" Bullshit WHILE YELLING IT. I told him no, then I walked off. I cried once I was away from everyone else. I don't really know what. WTF is wrong with me?...

I'm pathetic.

Anyways... I saw some "Skinny Pink Patch" BS add, so I decided to see if I can get a free trial. =P Lol, it seems pretty ridiculous.
