*After hearing This from Officer Grady Hime quickly picks up the phone to tell the news.*
For those who are worried about that man declaring martial law, it seems the good Officer has already silenced him, so you don't need to worry about that.
There was one thing the Officer said on the phone however. He said the the incident with Westport was causing enough trouble and they didn't need him to cause any more. From that it sounds like Officer Grady, and perhaps other members of Mayfield, had nothing to do with this Incident. Which begs the question: who is behind it, if our captors are not the ones causing it?
