Hawaii Five-0

What the shit. How is it that the craziest episode this season is obviously THE ONE I LOVE THE MOST? Because alskdjf;alsdkfj Steve. STEVE. Steeeeeeeeve~ And Danno. But mostly Steve.
So I spent most of the episode yelling at Steve for being such a dumbass and following Jenna into a trap. (And see, I just have to say that the impact of Jenna betraying them? Would have been muuuuch stronger if they had waited until this episode to reveal that she was working with Wo Fat.)
Also, klu mentioned this in her post and I had to say it as well, because really, where was Kono? She should have been sniping shit with her sniper rifle or kicking ass and taking names along with the boys but instead she got left behind. That does not really feel like the Kono I know and love.
But back to the gay. "I'll think about you the whole time." Really, Steve? Really? It's like they're not even trying to pretend that Steve isn't totally gay for Danny Williams. Because he is and anyone who says he isn't clearly does not have eyes or ears that work. That whole scene where Danny's all "of course I'm worried" or whatever it is he said just lalsdkjfls;kfj love. So much love. And then how he's freaked out the entire time, trying to call Steve and not getting an answer and acting like he knew something was wrong because Steve made sure to tell Danny after they had quickie sex in his office before he left, that he'd be in contact no matter what and just. Yeah. And the look on Steve's face when he saw Danny when he was in the back of that truck and the way Steve wouldn't let go of his gun when he was in the helicopter and the feelings. I HAVE SO MANY OF THEM I CAN'T EVEN DEAL. STEEEEEEEEEEVE ;___;
That episode was really good for me. God. I kinda can't wait for all the hurt/comforty fic goodness to come from it all but at the same time I'm kind of really satisfied as it is.
Bliss. This is what it looks like, folks. :D
Oh wait, not complete bliss. I have to talk about The Lori Issue, folks. Can't help it, gotta do it. The "romance" between her and McGarrett? Is becoming trufax awkward already. And I'm coming to realize the actress who play's Lori, can't act. I'm sorry, but she can't. Unless of course, her intention is totally to portray Lori as humor and expression less. The girl has no other facial expressions than variations of blank.
I was going to post about it a few weeks back but I decided to wait and give her the benefit of the doubt but I haven't noticed any change since then. She doesn't even smile. It's like she's a robot, I've seen her 'thinking face' and her 'let's get shit done' face aaand that's about it. The most expression I've seen on her was maybe embarrassment during that one episode where she asks Chin about Steve and Chin gets all awkwardsauce on her (because his face had the 'doesn't she know Steve's in love with Danny?' look on it which...hello) and actually, she did smile when she went with Max to his movie/costume party thing but beyond that I got zilch.
We all know that despite what has been said, she was brought in to be Steve's "love interest" and you know, whatever, it's to be expected but she's just so. Boring. And O'Lock doesn't even try to make Steve look like he's at all interested in her and it's all just pretty much a fail in my book. Big, fat boring fail. Can we backspace/delete this character? Or at least do something to fix her charaterisation like give her a personality? Maybe? Possibly? Because Robo!Lori is neither interesting nor relevant to any of my interests. (And lol I love how Lenkov is always retweeting people saying 'omg I love lori!1!11' Methinks he feels he needs validation for the most boring character ever? Mmhm. Somehow I am unsurprised.)
NCIS
TONY'S PAPA, YOU GUYS. TONY'S PAPA. Guy is such a douche but I love him anyway.
Hilarious episode all around (because no one really believed that Sr actually did it, alright? no one believed that shit, sorry writers) but what I loved the best? Gibbs letting Sr stay at his place because he loves Tony for Tony and the last three minutes. Gibbs letting Tony just talk it out, and we know it happens all the time, they've shown it before but jesus christ. Every time I see them outside of work being something like equals I just want to trill inside. But just. Tony and Gibbs and Sr are gonna have Thanksgiving dinner together and if they invite Jack too, I might just die so I am going to d'aww and coo and make happy dolphin noises over her in my corner instead, alright? Alright.
*happy dolphin noises*
In other news, I watched Cowboys and Aliens the other day. My whole review is this: DAT ASS. DAYUM. Yeaaah, Daniel Craig's still got it. Unf.
And frick. My laptop adapter just died. This one lasted longer than previous ones but it's still really effing annoying. Argh.
