While Raven's immediate supervisors are kind of cool, it's the detached Management who don't work with him that we're mad at, I believe

I couldn't garantee that even 5-6 complaints will actually do anything. With the stun gun situation, 8 people complained, 5 associates and 3 customers. At most, I suspect they got a simple coaching. Something of which isn't that big of a punishment.
This walmart has a very bad tendency towards favortism. If you watch, some people can spend a good portion of their time chit chatting away with friends than actually working, while others can't get away with it. We see a lot of this overnight.
You stated you paid for an aquafina. That classifies you as a paying customer and if you did not engage in conversation with him, there is absolutely no reason for them to have done what they did and technically, they shouldn't have been able to do so.
Just keep in mind when writting in a complaint, although management is supposed to keep their mouth shut about what happens between them and associates, they don't. "Open door policy" means nothing to these people at this store. Take it from someone who knows. I've called in complaints before and pretty much every associate working overnight knows about it. I also suspect it was the reason why everyone was interviewed for the CSM position but me as it occured at that exact same time the complaints were made.
I don't know if anything will actually be done, however; since this situation has occured not long after the stun-gun situation, something may happen. Just have your boyfriend be prepared though, as management may or may not approach him on the subject (I was approached about my complaint from 2 different managers AND promised that it would be kept a secret amongst management. Something of which that has been broken).
I've worked at one other walmart store and have been deeply dissappointed by this one continuously. I don't trust any form of management at this store as they seem to make up their own policies. If you or your boyfriend have any questions, feel free to ask. 808-1306.

I'm sorry that there appears to be something VERY wrong with the people in charge there. I don't envy you at all!
I still have my receipt for that Aquafina, though. Heh.
I wasn't planning on stopping with a phone call to Corporate... let's see how places like the Leukemia And Lymphoma Society likes this little story!
