I haven't been on here in a while..
Guess I'm starting to get to the point where I just don't feel it's worth updating every other day. Afterall, nothing exciting really happens. Usually I just get on here, and type for the sake of typing. I don't really feel any fulfillment in doing that anymore. It's dribble.
However, I am bored...nothing's changed there...so here I am. Here to do my thing.
I'll start off with a shoutout to a couple of my newly founded friends, Kayla and Zuri. Kayla's the girl I go to haunted houses and shows with. So far, anyway. We've only hung out three times. Distance is a huge factor there. She's a lot like me in that she's down to earth, cynical, and sarcastic. Unlike me, she's pretty outspoken about it. Where as I usually keep things to myself, and smile a lot, she's out there with it. I don't think she finds my "non-talkative" nature to be boring though, and I'm glad of that. Takes pressure off me. I don't feel like I need to try to be someone I'm not all the time. Also, it's nice to be able to joke around with someone without the constant fear that they might take it the wrong way, or get offended. Because she's just not like that. And um...she supposedly falls down a lot, but I've yet to see it happen.
I've only hung out with Zuri once. We went to Starbucks...drove around, met some of her friends and then ended up going to a hotel "party". I felt pretty crummy the whole time, which was a total drag. I felt all queasy...therefore I couldn't drink myself retarded as was planned. Not by me, but by her. Haha. So yeah...we hung out and did that. She's cool, we got along, and her friends seemed pretty wild/cool as well. We'll for sure hang out again...if we can ever plan something. And hopefully next time I won't be feeling bad.
Lets see. I've been doing alright in school I guess. Substancial, considering I am pretty academically-retarded. Or so my records would have you believe. Just gotta keep it up...try not to get lazy..
My job isn't working out though. I haven't received any calls for work since I had to turn down that very first assignment. I've tried calling, but I either have to leave a message which is never returned, or I get told they'll let me know when they can use me. If I don't get some response by the end of the week, I'm going to start looking for another job. I gotta start making money.
Anyway. I'm feeling pretty unmotivated, so I don't think I'm going to type anymore. Until next time...whenever that may be.
