[OOC] Storylines
There would be nice song-lyricy titles for all these storylines. There aren't, because I got bored trying to find lyrics when I don't have access to my music.
The Ward: The person he'll die for, kill for, and do anything to protect. No matter what else happens, this is the one that comes first, always. Even when he wishes otherwise. It's rather like suddenly loving someone without having gotten around to liking them yet. [The Doctor - thatsortofaman]
The Support System: The people who keep things working, who keep his ward safe and happy, and make his job easier. He likes this. And therefore, he'll expend a bit of time and effort in making sure they're all right, as well. It makes things easier all around. The One He Loves: Charlie's a bit of a flirt (at least, when there's dancing involved), and the sort of guy who, if he's reasonably friendly with someone and it seems like it would do them some good, will be happy to have sex with them, male or female. He tries not to get too attached. Loving people's one thing, and that happens more easily than he'd like, but then there's being in love with someone. He's not good at staying around, and he doesn't think his ward's going to make that much easier, and... He's got ten million reasons for making no promises, for not getting that close to someone. He's sure it was a demon, and he has the feeling it was someone he'd seen before -- it was a pretty small town he grew up in, and Dad kept to himself when he wasn't going after demons. One of these days, he's going to hear about a certain demon, or he'll see a familiar face, and he'll do a little bit of hunting, himself. [Open to a demon.]
