It was Victoria's first kill and she was nearly screaming in horror.
The blood was everywhere, and it reminded her of one particularly nasty nightmare she had had when she still was able to dream - her entire family being slaughtered, their blood staining the walls and dripping on her face. The light in her mother's eyes died, and her father's body went limp.
And when she drank from the girl she had killed, Victoria wept. She wept for the family she knew she could never see again.
All this because her blood had been delicious and her body perfect.
