Trapped and injured citizens are priority number one. Pull back, I repeat, please pull back to assist in this effort before plans of offense are made. All hands are needed.
To volunteer, report in with your location and city quarter. Depending on your area you will be given coordinates to a safehouse. To those able to travel alone, report in to receive coordinates relative to your area.
To request assistance, report with your coordinates for an immediate response. The closest able hand will be sent to bring you to a safe place.
To those braving the flames: roll in snow or douse yourself with water whenever possible. Stay under shelter but do not seek refuge INSIDE buildings. You may be trapped by falling debris. Give skyscrapers and unstable buildings a wide berth. Take only what you need.
