Any suggestions for what to do when you can't sleep?

nightmares, no pills kthnx, insomnia, asking for advice

Sometimes a glass of warm milk helps...though I guess that's a little harder to find in a place like this even with the fruit cows.

I often find that a long walk clears my mind and tires me enough so that I can sleep.

I didn't have much taste for it either when I was younger. I take it that he doesn't like being told that it'd help him grow.

It really is of no problem. I'm a pretty active guy so sometimes I need to take a walk regardless. And it's always nice to have company, I think.
